Hello dear friend! It's a blessing to be here with you. Let me share a bit about myself so we can get to know each other 💫💝🙏🌌.

Early in my life, I joined the Army as a young girl, wanting to make a difference. Along this path, I encountered major trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. Overcoming these challenges took nearly 10 years of inner work, daily practice, and self-focus. 

Pain and trauma still reside within me, but with the help of teachers, family, and friends, I turned suffering into a beautiful miracle. Mother RUCKer was born - an organization to help others find inner peace through movement and nature.

Now, after traveling the world, having three beautiful children, becoming a Reiki student, and learning from countless mistakes, I'm ready to guide others on their journey to true calling.
